You have a login for the RIFF ticketing website, which allows you to reserve all the tickets that go with your pass level. Once you download the RIFF App from Google Play, you can also log in on your phone to see your QR codes for films and events you are going to and to make changes to your Festival schedule. If more tickets are released to an event, we can also notify you right away and you can make your reservations quickly and easily. Download now and start mapping out your Festival.

So you got the app. Now what?

Do you have an account? If you have already purchased a pass or a ticket for the 2024 Festival, you should have an email that you can use to log in to your account. Can’t find that email? Visit this link and if you have an account but can’t remember your login information, you can reset your account.

Once you have logged in, you can add this same information to the app, and then you can pull up your customized film and event schedule based on the things you have reserved already. Haven’t resevered yet? You can do it all in the app once you login with your personal account. Scroll through the schedule, learn more about films, and make a reservation right from your phone. And when you get ready to attend an event, you can find the unique QR code that gets you into the event on your phone too.
